Returns & Exchanges

At Suite Benedict, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
